I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all my readers. 

Without your comments and encouragement, I fear I’d have lost heart in this years ago. Whether you’re a reader who finds me here or on the sites, these posts are shared across I want you to know how appreciated you are.

I’d give you a head that’s always screaming but no one wants that. 

You may notice over the next four weeks that areas of this website will be changing. 

I’m, once again, updating and refocusing the direction this site is going in. Some content has already been removed, others will be updated over the next few weeks. 

I am hopeful that this will improve the quality of the content currently available and going forward.
