Today I am excited to share a little about a volunteering role I do.
As a Trustee at Equal Lives, a fantastic disability rights organization serving Norfolk and Suffolk, I’m passionate about advocating for equality and understanding in all its forms.
Recently, I wrote an article highlighting an important issue: the dangers of conflating generative AI (a new and rapidly evolving technology) with editing AI, which has been supporting us for years. This confusion can have significant consequences, particularly for the neurodiverse community, who often rely on editing AI tools for accessibility and productivity.
It’s crucial that we navigate this tech landscape thoughtfully, ensuring that progress includes everyone.
