So, the wonderful Mr Sherlock and I kind of eloped.

Eloped, meaning we got married, told only a couple of people (parents and witnesses only) and didn’t hold a wedding party.

After being together for over 12 years and buying a house together, we thought it was a bit silly to call each other boyfriend/girlfriend, but at the same time, we didn’t want to make a fuss. We’re both pretty introverted, and the idea of a big party with everyone staring at us made our skins want to crawl off and hide.
