I’m very excited to share that Where Connections Lead, an anthology featuring my short story “Brush Stroke,” is now available to preorder!
There is something particularly lovely, and slightly surreal, about seeing one of my stories heading out into the world as part of an anthology, and I’m delighted that Brush Stroke has found a home here.

Brush Stroke
After inheriting her grandfather’s paintings, Lilly remembers the childhood secret he taught her: every painting is a doorway into a world shaped by the artist’s soul. But when grief draws her into his final painting, she discovers that some painted worlds are far more dangerous than the memories they preserve.
I had great fun writing Brush Stroke. It is a short piece of supernatural horror about art, grief, memory, and the dangerous things we leave behind in the things we create.
I’m thrilled that it will be appearing in Where Connections Lead, and I’m really looking forward to being able to share it with readers.
Where Connections Lead is available to preorder on Amazon now:
Thank you, as always, to everyone who reads, supports, shares, and encourages my writing. It genuinely means more than I can say.
And perhaps remember:
Never step into a painting unless you trust the artist’s soul.
