Today the first issue of Ink and Eldritch came out!

Ink & Eldritch is a quarterly newsletter about writing horror with intention. Its about craft, curiosity, and care.
It’s a space where cosmic dread meets practical advice; where we talk about why stories unsettle us, how form creates meaning, and how horror can explore fear without defaulting to tired or harmful tropes. You’ll find reflections on writing practice, craft essays, reading recommendations, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into my own creative and academic work, from novels and short fiction to research on disability and horror.
At its heart, Ink & Eldritch is about curiosity rather than rules. It’s for writers who love the genre, want to deepen their craft, and are interested in what horror can do when we let it be strange, ethical, and expansive.
No jump scares. No productivity guilt. Just thoughtful horror, shared slowly.
The first edition is out today and I’d love you to be part of it.
